I just had to write and thank you again (and your wonderfull staff) for taking such prompt and successful action on Judge David M's computer. He was over the moon when I brought it back and showed him that all the programs, settings and data were exactly as he had left them before the hard drive crash. It was truly a miracle that Frank was able to clone the hard drive. I left the Judge your contact information and he knows he can depend on you for all his computer needs in the future. I wanted to take a minute to thank the young lady at your front counter and Frank, in helping my 81 year old mother, M Martinez get her laptop & printer running. She's thrilled to be able to print out recipes & make copies. Frank was very patient in "Schooling" her in this process.

I cannot say enough about the people that work here. I am and elderly widowed lady that cannot get around as easily as I could in my younger years. My dear friend Martin T recommended that I call. They offered to come to my home free and take my computer to their shop. I was reluctant that it would take a long time. I rely on my computer to stay in touch with my family and friends, so I was reluctant. Anyway they had it for 2 days and brought it back to me. The total charge to fix my problems was 79.00. I later found out that is their hourly rate. I had called others and they ranged from 65.00 to 115.00. I will recommend Micromobile Computers to all. Thank you.

I have used Micro Mobile for almost 10 years and find them professional and logical. A great find in the world of quick fix computer geeks who just want to wipe it clean and re-install. Frank and the crew are all great.

I used the services of your company again yesterday. This is a complimentary call to acknowledge Frank Andrews and your company, and tell you how much he was a life saver. I used your services again on Thursday May 5, 2011. I was using my family members computer and I stumbled across a nasty virus, I didnt know what to do. I called Frank Andrews and left him a message and he called me back promptly and explained to me what virus I had got.  I live way out in Encinitas and he had came to my house and spent just a couple hours  to get this virus out that made it look like all their data was missing on their  hard drive. I have plenty of different computer companies that are in my back yard but I choose to call Frank Andrews from Micromobile just because he is so great and he brought a level of calm to the table. I was stressing out that I had lost all of my family members data, and sure enough he had recovered all their important data. I will definitley tell my circle of friends and family to call Micromobile because of Frank Andrews, he is a gift to your company.  Not only did he fix the computer he brought peace of mind to the table. He has great experience in this field. I thank the world for what you guys are doing.

Just wanted to express my thanks for a great job. I brought my Ipod in for repair, and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I really expected I was going to be told it was unfixable and to buy a new one but Micromobile came through. The technician was also very nice and prompt! A very positive experience. Thank you!

Services - I brought my Usb External Hard drive in - due to accidentally formatting/deleting the partition and 30 minutes later Cort called me to tell me that My data is recoverable - But it will take a few hours - I am so relieved!!! - Will recommend Micromobile without hesitation Thank you,

Dear Mr. Jackson,

I wanted to take this time to let you know that I was very impressed with the quality of service received at your El Cajon center, for computer repairs.

I brought my system into that location in July. Jason Reese was a pleasure to do business with, and very competent in diagnosing the problems with my system; estimating accurately repair costs; and finishing on-time. I had an initial impression that Jason was of honest character, and knowledgeable about the issues that turned out to be both complicated, a CMOS problem and hard disk failure, possibly because of a power surge.

My experience in business was taking care of celebrity clients in Los Angeles and San Diego in jet charter. My operating code was 'under-promise and over-deliver' and attention to detail. I also have experience in computer/software consulting and sales, so I knew Jason was competent when asking questions, and getting good technical answers back.

Many folks go to the box sellers for computer service, but I am confident I received much better and personalized service, with an honest diagnosis and fair price.
